Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this latest photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
